| This kind of page should not have to be on the web or even in the world! Unfortunately each day millions of children suffer all kinds of abuse, and someone's got to bring it into the light. You never really think about it until you read it in the paper or see it on the news. It realy hits home though if you are a survivor of abuse or when it strikes in your own family. I thought Child Abuse was a thing of my past. I am grown now and only have the memories to live with. Recently though six of my Grandchildren became victims of Child Abuse. It has devastated me to my heart. I have built this web site in hope that it will make the world aware of Child Abuse.That it's not something that just happens in third world countries, but within our own homes. I have now made it my crusade to help educate others about Abuse. I've compiled a list of help resources and joined in many online causes and efforts to irradicate Abuse. Please join me in my crusade by visiting some of these informative and inspirational sites. Adopt one of their symbols that represent the fight against abuse. Read and learn about how to help or get help with Child Abuse. And hear stories like mine and have compassion for the little ones that have became victims.Through pages like this it will make people aware that Child Abuse is unacceptable. And that they to can help instead of turning a blind eye. |
